• Stop using strong actives like retinoids, exfoliating acids, and benzoyl peroxide at least 7 days before your facial.

Day of Your Facial

1. It’s totally okay if you come with makeup—just try to arrive with as clean a face as possible. We’ll gently cleanse your skin before starting.

3. Avoid heat and heavy sweating after your facial—skip the sauna, hot yoga, or intense workouts.

Post-Care Instructions

Proper aftercare is essential for beautiful, lasting results:

• Keep brows dry — avoid water, steam, sweat, and swimming for 7–10 days.
• Do not touch, pick, or scratch the treated area to prevent pigment loss and scarring.
• Apply the recommended healing ointment as instructed.
• Avoid makeup, skincare products, and exfoliants on the brows until healed.
• Protect your brows from direct sunlight and tanning beds — apply SPF once healed.

Healing Timeline: Brows may appear darker in the first week with some scabbing or flaking. Pigment will lighten and soften during the healing process (about 4–6 weeks). A touch-up at 6–8 weeks will perfect your results.
